Terms & Conditions

Voucher Entitlement: This voucher entitles the bearer access to 33Club for curated events.

Validity Period: 33Club will decide the validity period and date of expiry for the free membership.

Redemption Process: Voucher is on an opt-in basis, via the QR code on the voucher.

Scope of Services: This voucher covers the scope of services provided by 33Club under their relevant terms and conditions. 33Club will contact each TDC member to arrange their first visit. During this visit, the 33Club team will provide a tour of the premises and introduce the club’s concept, benefits, and community.

Passes will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis via advance booking only.

Usage Guidelines: Advance booking is required to access 33Club facilities or attend events (ticketed & non ticketed). No walk-ins will be accepted. Private Room Usage (Level 2): Minimum spending applies for use of private rooms: Rooms 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 (up to 5 pax): $100/hour. Room 3 (up to 9 pax, includes TV screen): $1,000/booking.

All consumption must be settled on the same day and will include a 10% service charge and prevailing GST.

Conduct and club policy: Everyone must comply with 33Club's code of conduct, house rules, and dress code at all times while on the premises.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Any rescheduling of any bookings with 33Club will be subjected to their availability and cancellation policies.

Limitation of Liability: All administration and relevant logistics will be handled by 33Club. FinGroup is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond their control.

Changes to Terms: The issuer and 33Club reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
